Born and raised in Carteret County, Eamon has spent a lifetime in and around the marine and construction industries. He enjoys bringing vision and quality craftsmanship into every project, and is honored to be leading the Genesis Team. He has a beautiful family, and he loves our local area and its people.
In 2019, after spending her whole life in California, Barbara moved to Craven County. She loves exploring ENC with her best friend and husband, Barry, cooking gourmet meals, and being a Mom and Grammie to her 4 amazing kids and 5 adorable grandkids. Barbara comes to our team with a Paralegal Degree and 15 years of administrative experience. Her motto: Never stop risking…God has more to life than you ever dreamed!
After spending years traveling and working as a yacht chef, Ivey returned home to her native Carteret County to join the family business. With a background in hospitality and a desire to serve her community, she quickly found a passion for helping clients. Ivey is specializing in properties with storm damage and ensuring the highest level of products and workmanship.
Lee is from Wilson County and was blessed to marry Kasey who grew up here in Carteret County. He enjoys hanging out with friends and family, grilling, fishing, and playing any sport he can get into. Lee and Kasey have 2 wonderful boys, Jake and Oliver. Lee loves serving people, and brings 15 years of IT Technical Support and Project Management experience to our team.
Justin was born and raised in Huntersville NC. He received his bachelor’s in accounting from High Point University where he met his wife Rebecca. After visiting Morehead City for years Justin and Rebecca could not pass at the opportunity to live at the Crystal Coast. Justin has always been intrigued by the contrcution industry and is eager to apply his accounting knowledge to help with the growth of Genesis. If he is not hunting for bourbon, you’ll find Justin cheering on the Panthers, Hornets or the Carolina Hurricanes.
Regan was raised in the Raleigh area and stayed there for the start of her career. After driving to Pine Knoll Shores on a bi-weekly basis to visit family Regan recently decided to make the jump and move to carteret county. She enjoys modern architecture, painting and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Regan loves all aspects of design and is excited to assist Genesis’ customers in making houses feel like their home.
Chadwick was born in Newport, NC, loves to shoot ducks, stab flounder, and love on people in Carteret County. He has spent over 10 years as a carpenter on custom Carolina Sportfishing yachts and is a licensed aircraft mechanic. The best part of his resume is marrying Carlie in 2009, building a home with her, and making her the ultimate hunting/fishing partner.
Adam blew into town in the midst of hurricane Florence while working for a disaster relief ministry, Reach Global. He fell in love with ENC and 3 years later he came back to Carteret County to make it his home. His dad was a carpenter and he was on his first roof at the age of 4. In his free time he enjoys a good cup of coffee, working out in the gym, and roaming the beaches and waterways of ENC.
Ben was born and raised in Morehead City. He graduated from UNCW with degrees in Spanish and International Studies, and spent 2 years in Lima, Peru learning the language and culture. Ben is married to his amazing wife, Carlie, and has a lovely daughter, Alice. He loves construction, craftsmanship, and is very grateful to be a part of the Genesis team.
Noah is from Winston-Salem and a recent graduate of Wake Forest University. He moved to Morehead City to be closer to his best friend and fiancé, Payton. He is excited to improve his carpentry skills and continue building relationships with team members and customers. When not at work, Noah can be found fishing, hunting, playing bluegrass music, and cooking.
